The Billing Support Manager is responsible for managing the billing support functions for our mobile and web applications in a B2C environment. This role involves responding to user requests, processing subscription cancellations and refunds, handling payment disputes, and collaborating with the product team to improve user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM and support tools, automation skills, and a strong focus on customer empathy and efficiency.

We are a web app developer and publisher team specializing in web applications across utility, productivity, and entertainment, with a strong focus on generative AI.
User support and engagement (respond to user requests, process subscription cancellations and refunds, handle payment disputes)
Utilize CRM and support tools to manage and track user interactions, measure and analysis the operational efficiency
Establish and adhere to KPI and SLAs, report on the performance of the billing support
Contribute to product improvement based on user feedback and implement best practices to reduce disputes
Work closely with the product team to share insights and feedback from customers interactions
Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing support, customer support, or a related role
Proven experience with CRM and support tools like Zendesk
Familiarity with mobile apps and web apps in a B2C context
Strong ability to empathize with users and a commitment to helping them
Proficiency in automating support routines and setting up templates/macros
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in English and Russian (level B2 or higher)
Ability to work independently and meet KPIs and SLAs
Knowledge of chargeback prevention services and strategies.
