Key Responsibilities

  • Design and scaling of a marketing data platform that directly impacts traffic acquisition efficiency (LTV/CAC).

  • Full control over ELT pipelines (GCP + BigQuery + DBT).

  • Ensuring data consistency between advertising accounts, MMPs, and product analytics.

Requirements

  • SQL Expert: Complex window functions, optimization for BigQuery (Partitioning/Clustering).

  • Python for DE: Writing custom operators for Airflow, working with APIs, webhooks, etc.

  • dbt (Data Build Tool): Experience building modular models, macros, and tests.

  • Marketing Data Domain: Deep understanding of metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV) and API specifics (Google Ads, Facebook, Adjust).

  • GCP Ecosystem: Confident working with GCP, GCS, and IAM.

    Nice to have:

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

  • Experience with streaming data (Pub/Sub), Kafka, RabbitMQ.

  • Experience with billing services and orchestrators.

  • Experience with MarTech.
