Lead, mentor, and develop a team of paid search specialists
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team
Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback and support
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid search strategies on Google Ads
Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and landing page optimization
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and scale
Utilize analytics tools to track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives
Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations
Present findings and strategies to senior management
Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI
Forecast and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual ad spend
Oversee and optimize paid search campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, ROAS, etc.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the paid search landscape
Implement best practices and innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
1-2 years working experience in a similar position
At least 3 years of experience with Google Ads
Strong knowledge and experience with iOS
Deep understanding of ad campaign tracking principles and tools (Firebase, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.)
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Tableau, etc.)
Ability to work with large amounts of data and perform in-depth analysis of campaign performance
Good communication skills, ability to work in a team
English at least at Intermediate level
Experience in mobile subscription apps will be an advantage.
