Key Responsibilities:
— Create banners and visual content for social media (LinkedIn, hiring, internal communications)

— Develop multiple design variations and adapt creatives for different formats

— Contribute to building and evolving design templates and brand systems

— Participate in updating and implementing brand guidelines

— Design presentations and other business materials

— Work on various brand assets (covers, visuals, email signatures, etc.)

— Collaborate closely with the brand manager and art director

— Suggest creative ideas while keeping brand consistency in mind


Requirements:

— 2+ years of experience in graphic / brand design

— Strong portfolio with digital design work (social media, banners, presentations, etc.)

— Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

— Familiarity with Figma (basic knowledge is enough)

— Experience using AI tools in design workflows 

— Understanding of digital trends and visual communication in social media

— English: Intermediate (comfortable working with design-related text)
