As a Growth Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the performance strategy of one of our products within our portfolio, with a strong emphasis on subscription growth and optimizing user journey. This role requires a deep understanding of user behavior, data-guided decision-making, and a passion for creating value for our users.
Generate hypotheses and innovative ideas to optimize product, onboarding funnels and monetization strategies aimed at increasing CR and ARPU.
Be a leader in understanding all aspects of your product, including detailed analytics, the competitive landscape, user feedback, and previous experimentation history.
Support acquisition activities by building end-to-end experiences for different audiences, communication channels, and traffic sources.
Manage users' expectations and create a bridge between marketing and product activities, working on the Activation rate.
Prepare, launch, and analyze A/B tests to fast validate your ideas on real users. Based on the results of the test, create new hypotheses and bring them to the desired result.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other product managers, designers, engineers, analysts, and content creators, to enhance user onboarding experiences, ensuring a seamless and engaging journey for new users.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Growth Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, or Product Manager with experience of growth work
Minimum 1 years experience with subscription-based business models
Excellent communicator, able to clearly articulate thinking behind product decisions and bringing them back to business goals
Wide experience of user research and excellent knowledge of UX and CRO principles, as well as A/B testing methods
Strong data analysis skills
Familiar with the development processes and technologies
Proficiency in English - B2 or higher
