We are looking for a Head of Performance Marketing & Growth who will own the full growth engine - and drive it to scale.
This is not a "manage the metrics" kind of role. You're coming in at an active growth stage where the foundation exists - but the system needs a strong hand to scale.
Your mission: build a systematic Paid Social-first growth engine, close the loop between creative, acquisition, onboarding, and paywall - and make unit economics actually work on iOS subscription products (weekly/annual plans, trials, paywall optimization, LTV-driven economics).
You'll operate with high ownership, speed, and direct access to the CEO. This role is ideal for a UA leader whose core is mobile acquisition - and who is ready to go beyond the channel: own business outcomes, drive product and creative teams, and think in systems, not campaigns.
What You'll Own
Full growth cycle: acquisition → ASO → onboarding → paywall
Paid Social-first strategy with focus on Meta scaling and TikTok as a growth lever
Creative performance as a key growth lever - strategic ownership of the creative pipeline: angles, formats, win rate, iteration velocity
ROAS, unit economics, and P&L accountability - you're responsible for the number, not just the channel
Building and leading a team across UA, growth, and creative coordination
Cross-functional sync with Product, Analytics, Monetization, ASO, and Creative teams
Defining and evolving the monetization strategy together with Product: paywalls, pricing, trial mechanics
Direct partnership with the CEO - strategy alignment, fast decisions, no bureaucracy
Your First 3–6 Months
Full audit: traffic sources, unit economics, creative performance, funnel conversion
Define and launch a Paid Social growth strategy - from hypothesis to execution
Strengthen the analytics and attribution setup - ensure the team can make confident scaling decisions based on data
Rebuild the creative testing system if needed: win rate, velocity, feedback loop with the creative team
Build a roadmap to traffic profitability within 6–8 months
Set up a structured marketing - product interaction process
Assess, structure, and stabilize the team - identify gaps, close them
What Success Looks Like
Systematic growth appears in Meta and TikTok - not one-off wins that can't be repeated
The creative → acquisition → onboarding → paywall loop starts working as one connected system
Analytics delivers the numbers you need to make decisions - not the other way around
The team has a clear leader who sets direction, removes blockers, and raises the bar
What We're Looking For
Hard requirements:
5+ years in B2C Mobile User Acquisition or Performance Marketing
2+ years in a leadership role with direct ownership over results - not just managing people, but owning numbers
Proven track record scaling Paid Social on iOS subscription apps with significant budgets
Deep understanding of unit economics and P&L management
Strong command of the subscription funnel: install → trial → paid → retention levers
Ability to connect creatives, funnels, and analytics into one coherent growth system
Experience building and managing teams, including hiring and letting go
