Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute UA strategy

    - Drive user and revenue growth via performance marketing campaigns, particularly on paid social channels (Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

    - Define clear goals and KPIs for each product and ad network, ensuring we hit ambitious benchmarks.

  • Lead and scale the UA team

    - Hire, train, and manage a growing team of UA Managers (including leadership of sub-teams/units).

    - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and creativity.

  • Optimize creative testing processes

    - Establish and oversee large-scale testing frameworks to maximize creative impact.

    - Iterate quickly on ad variations to identify high-performing concepts.

  • Leverage SKAN & MMP expertise

    - Utilize in-depth knowledge of SKAdNetwork (SKAN) and mobile measurement partners (Adjust, AppsFlyer, etc.) to accurately track and optimize campaigns.

    - Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate performance reporting.

  • Drive global market expansion

    - Successfully launch new markets and deepen penetration of existing core markets.

    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Analytic) to align UA efforts with overall growth objectives.

  • Manage budgets & performance reporting

    - Develop and manage UA budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and strong ROI.

    - Build financial models and forecasts; regularly update senior leadership on UA program results and expenses.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends

    - Keep abreast of emerging platforms, changes in privacy regulations, and advanced targeting methods to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with 2+ years as a Head/Lead of User Acquisition (team size considered).

- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills—proven ability to mentor teams and drive high-performance culture.

- Hands-on expertise with performance marketing channels, especially for iOS apps (Facebook, TikTok).

- SKAdNetwork & MMP proficiency—comfortable with campaign tracking, attribution, and advanced optimization.

- Strategic and innovative mindset—capable of crafting marketing strategies on a global scale.

- Data-driven approach—proficient in analytics, reporting tools (Google Docs/Excel, BI systems), and financial modeling.

- Proven budget management and financial analysis skills—including the ability to build forecasts and negotiate with stakeholders.

- Outstanding communication skills—able to collaborate effectively with teams, departments, and C-level executives.
