A successful candidate will have a proven track record in MarTech (Marketing Technology) strategy, advanced web attribution models, and managing complex Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives. Your objective is to develop a high-performing analytics framework that delivers actionable insights and supports our organizationʼs growth targets.

Strategic Leadership in Web Analytics
- Define the overall vision and roadmap for web analytics, ensuring alignment with corporate marketing and growth goals.
- Develop and maintain a robust analytics infrastructure, including platform selection, data governance, and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level analysts, promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Advanced Attribution and Measurement
- Oversee the design and implementation of multi-touch attribution strategies, leveraging tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), server-side tracking, and customer data solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), set data collection standards, and build dashboards to track campaign effectiveness.
- Evaluate and refine attribution models (e.g., Last Click, Time Decay, Data-Driven) based on evolving business needs.
Data Strategy and Insights
- Ensure high data quality by implementing standards for data validation, tagging, and event tracking across all web properties.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of user journeys to uncover patterns, identify opportunities, and steer marketing strategies.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, leveraging advanced visualization techniques and storytelling.
Technical Integrations and MarTech Oversight
- Lead integrations with various advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) and ensure seamless data flow.
- Coordinate with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Data Management Platforms (DMP), and Email Service Providers (ESP) to centralize user data.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and tools (e.g., Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) for potential adoption to enhance analytics capabilities.
Team Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build and manage a team of analysts, cultivating a results-oriented environment focused on professional development.
- Act as the primary point of contact for data-related questions, bridging insights between marketing, product, finance, and executive leadership.
- Drive continuous process improvement, including automation of reporting and refinement of A/B testing methodologies.
Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or marketing technology, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (Universal Analytics and GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and advanced tracking implementations (client-side and server-side).
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) and SQL (Structured Query Language) for data manipulation and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and optimize performance across multiple marketing channels, including Search Engine Advertising (SEA), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Social Media Marketing (SMM).
Strategic Mindset
- Strong understanding of various attribution models, Return on Investment (ROI) metrics, and forecasting techniques. Capable of turning complex data findings into clear business recommendations.
- Experience developing frameworks to measure the full marketing funnel (awareness through retention).
Leadership and Communication
- Proven record of building and motivating high-performing analytics teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Language Proficiency
- English at an advanced level (both written and spoken) to engage with international colleagues and read technical documentation.
- Python/R for automation of data collection, analysis, and modeling.
- Machine Learning (ML) techniques for predictive modeling and advanced marketing analytics.
- Certifications such as Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ), Google Ads, or Facebook Blueprint.
- Experience with mobile analytics (e.g., Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust). Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and UX (User Experience) best practices.
