Almus is looking for a Lead User Acquisition Manager to join one of our top-performing business units and take full ownership of growth through Google Ads.
This is an impact-driven role with end-to-end responsibility for UA performance, working at the intersection of traffic, product, monetization, and analytics.
You will drive growth decisions for iOS subscription products, scale Google Ads as the main growth lever, and manage UA execution and strategy across multiple products.

• Full ownership of product performance within the unit and direct contribution to profit growth
• Managing paid traffic acquisition with a focus on Google Ads (Search / App / etc.) and Apple Search Ads, with potential expansion into additional channels (including Paid Social)
• Making data-driven decisions on campaigns: scaling, optimizing, or stopping based on performance and unit economics
• Building and prioritizing hypotheses across key growth areas: channels, funnel, onboarding / paywall, pricing
• Aligning UA, product, monetization, and analytics teams to achieve shared KPIs
• Regular performance analysis and reporting on key metrics
3+ years of experience in User Acquisition / Growth for mobile apps
Proven experience leading UA / growth teams (minimum 1 year)
Mandatory experience with iOS products and subscription-based models
Experience in product companies (not purely affiliate/arbitrage or agency environments)
Experience working in mid-sized companies or fast-growing teams with strong ownership and impact on results
Strong hands-on experience with multiple traffic channels and scaling (Google Ads, Paid Social, Apple Search Ads)
Proven track record of growing products in Tier-1 and worldwide (WW) markets
English: upper-intermediate or higher
