Key Responsibilities

1. Mobile Analytics Setup and Maintenance

  • Configure Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch) for iOS apps to accurately track installs, in- app events, and user cohorts.

  • Implement and manage tracking solutions in accordance with iOS privacy guidelines, including ATT (App Tracking Transparency) permissions.

  • Integrate and maintain SDKs (Software Development Kits) such as Firebase for real-time analytics and push notifications.

2. Attribution and SKAdNetwork Strategy

  • Oversee multi-touch attribution models, ensuring reliable data collection under Appleʼs SKAdNetwork constraints.

  • Collaborate with development and product teams to refine in-app event tracking and measure post-install performance (e.g., sign-ups, purchases).

  • Provide insights into user lifecycle metrics (e.g., Day-1/7/30 retention, Lifetime Value (LTV) to guide acquisition and re-engagement campaigns.

3. Performance Marketing Optimization

  • Set up tracking for Apple Search Ads, Facebook Ads, and other mobile advertising channels, ensuring clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Conduct ongoing analysis of user cohorts, funnel drop-offs, and campaign performance to optimize ad spend and improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

  • Collaborate with marketing teams on A/B testing for creative assets and user flows.

4.Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards in Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio) to visualize app performance metrics.

  • Identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities through data analysis, delivering recommendations to product, marketing, and executive stakeholders.

  • Ensure data integrity, perform data audits, and establish processes for continuous quality control.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Tech Stack Development

  • Work closely with iOS developers to ensure successful integration of analytics SDKs, event schemas, and attribution links.

  • Coordinate with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) teams to segment users and personalize campaigns.

  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including new app analytics solutions or Machine Learning (ML) based optimizations, to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Professional Experience

    - 2 years in mobile marketing analytics, iOS-focused product analytics, or mobile marketing technology.

  • Technical Proficiency

    - Practical experience with MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch) for install and event attribution.

    - Familiarity with SKAdNetwork, ATT, and IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) compliance on iOS.

    - Understanding of iOS SDK integrations, push notification services, and app event tracking.

  • Analytical and Reporting Skills

    - Proficiency with BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio) to create real-time, data-driven dashboards.

    - Ability to translate analytics into actionable insights, drive product improvements, and optimize marketing spend.

    - Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) is a plus.

  • Marketing Channel Expertise

    - Experience configuring Apple Search Ads and paid social (e.g., Facebook/Meta, TikTok) to track conversion funnels.

    - Solid understanding of ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), LTV, retention, and other performance marketing metrics.

    - Background in A/B testing and creative optimization for mobile user acquisition.

  • Collaboration and Communication

    - Strong communication skills to convey analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

    - Proven track record of cross-functional teamwork with developers, product managers, and marketing teams.

    - Intermediate+ level of English (spoken and written) to interact with global teams and review technical documentation.
