Middle+ Product Growth Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing proficient web sales funnels, web products and landing pages that lead users through a targeted flow or conversion process.

• Devise strategies to scale the business, considering growth opportunities and market dynamics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product initiatives with business expansion.

•  Create and enhance product design with a strong focus on user needs and preferences.

•  Leverage data-driven insights to optimize user experiences and drive adoption.
  

  We expect that you have:

• Proficiency in designing effective web funnels, web products and landing pages that guide users through a specific flow or conversion process.

•  You’re familiar with driving traffic to the sales funnel. As a designer, ensure that the website’s design encourages seamless navigation and guides users toward the funnel’s entry points.

• Once visitors arrive, they encounter landing pages. These pages should be well-designed, easy to navigate, and visually appealing. Make sure the call-to-action (CTA) is prominent and compelling.

• Demonstrated expertise in designing UI/UX at least 4 years.

• Understanding of user behavior and interaction patterns.

• Demonstrated ability to design user-friendly and visually appealing digital products.

• Familiarity with user-centered design principles and best practices.

• Skill in crafting onboarding experiences that help new users understand and engage with

  a product.

• Experience designing upsell features to encourage users to upgrade or purchase

  additional services.

•  Genuine care for understanding user pain points and needs.
  

  Will be a plus:

• Experience in generating images using AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E).

• Solid understanding of the basics of performance marketing.
