Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Creative Production: Manage the entire creative production process, from planning and task allocation to ensuring timely delivery of projects.

• Task Management System Development: Implement and manage task management systems using tools like Asana, Trello, or similar platforms to optimize team workflows.

• Standardize Processes: Create and maintain task templates to standardize processes, improving efficiency and consistency across projects.

• Optimize Workflows: Manage and optimize workflows using the Kanban methodology, including task intake, resource allocation, and progress tracking.

• Time Tracking and Analysis: Track and analyze time spent on tasks to enhance productivity and improve workflow efficiency.

• Freelancer Coordination: Coordinate work with freelancers, managing tasks related to creatives and ensuring transparency and timely execution of projects.

• Collaboration with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with Creative Producers and User Acquisition (UA) Managers to align project goals and ensure that creative outputs meet required standards. This includes frequent communication and collaboration to synchronize efforts and maintain project momentum.

• Designer Management: Oversee the work of Creative Designers, ensuring alignment with overall creative strategy and adherence to project timelines.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in project management or a similar role, demonstrating successful management of projects from initiation to completion.

• Leadership Skills: Strong project management and leadership abilities, capable of managing both projects and the teams involved in them.

• Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective team collaboration and client interaction.

• Project Management Expertise: Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning, with the ability to guide projects to successful completion.

• IT Proficiency: Deep understanding of information technology procedures, practices, and trends, with the ability to quickly adapt to various software applications used within the organization and industry.
