Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluating the performance of apps, regions, countries, and traffic sources.

  • Checking and analyzing data in advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta) and BI systems.

  • Supporting integrations with advertising platforms and analytical tools.

  • Exploring insights to optimize marketing strategies and identifying non-obvious correlations between metrics.

  • Investigating audience behavior and the impact of creatives on acquisition.

  • Researching traffic types and enhancing understanding of advertising channel algorithms.

  • Lead complex analysis of paid social channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google) and provide actionable insights on campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.

  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through better ad targeting, creative optimization, and budget allocation.

  • Collaborate with user acquisition teams to provide recommendations on audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and ad placements.

  • Create dashboards and reports, define key metrics, and ensure data integrity and validity.

  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify growth and expansion opportunities.

  • Design and execute tests to enhance user engagement, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.

  • Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.

  • Proven experience in data visualization using tools like Tableau or Looker Studio.

  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills, with the ability to clearly articulate approach, process, and results.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting data in a clear and compelling manner.

  • Familiarity with tools like Appsflyer, Adjust, GA, Firebase, SKAdNetwork is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, plan effectively, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
