Senior/Middle+ BI Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and enhance existing BI dashboards to improve performance and user experience
Streamline data processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Identify and eliminate redundant data points, ensuring all metrics are relevant and up-to-date
Design and develop new interactive dashboards from scratch, tailored to business needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure dashboards meet business objectives
Implement best practices in dashboard design to ensure clarity and usability
Perform deep-dive analysis to uncover actionable insights from data
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can help stakeholders increase their performance
Present findings in a clear, concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills
Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
Ability to write complex queries and optimize them for performance
Experience in Google Data Studio or similar data visualization tools
Ability to create visually appealing and informative dashboards
Proven experience in a BI Analyst or similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to a non-technical audience
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
