Lead complex analysis of paid social channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google) and provide actionable insights on campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through better ad targeting, creative optimization, and budget allocation.
Collaborate with user acquisition teams to provide recommendations on audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and ad placements.
Create dashboards and reports, define key metrics, and ensure data integrity and validity.
Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify growth and expansion opportunities.
Design and execute tests to enhance user engagement, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.
Proven experience in data visualization using tools like Tableau or Looker Studio.
Strong analytical and creative thinking skills, with the ability to clearly articulate approach, process, and results.
Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting data in a clear and compelling manner.
Familiarity with tools like Appsflyer, Adjust, GA, Firebase, SKAdNetwork is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects, plan effectively, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Tools for visualization and reporting: Tableau, Looker Studio.
Data storage and processing: Google Cloud, BigQuery.
Programming for analysis and automation: SQL, Python.
Data collection through tools like Appsflyer/Adjust (marketing) and Amplitude (product).
ETL processes managed by Airflow, with data stored in Google Cloud Platform
