Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive user acquisition strategies for subscription-based products, focusing on maximizing LTV.

  • Manage advertising campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Google, and others.

  • Oversee a monthly advertising budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

  • Achieve and maintain a positive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), constantly optimizing for performance.

  • Analyze market trends and user behavior to continually refine and adapt acquisition tactics.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align user acquisition efforts with overall business goals.

  • Report on key metrics and insights to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.

  • Perform A/B tests to optimize ad creatives and targeting strategies, identifying the most effective combinations that drive user acquisition and conversions and improve return on ad spending (ROAS).

  • Monitor and analyze key metrics such as conversion rates, lifetime value (LTV), return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per first purchase (CPA).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop Customer Journey Maps (CJM) and evaluate the product together with the product team.

    Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in user acquisition, with a focus on subscription-based products.

  • Proven track record of managing large advertising budgets (200k+ per month) and achieving positive ROAS.

  • Expertise in digital advertising platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Google, etc.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Solid knowledge of web promotion for B2C digital products.

  • Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager.

  • Generate ideas and tasks for creative production and develop creative hypotheses.

  • Proficiency with Excel.

  • Good in using attribution, analytics, and engagement tools to track and analyze user acquisition metrics.

  • B2+ English proficiency.
