  • Understands iOS development processes at all stages of product development;

  • Thinks flexibly and switches easily;

  • Confident with Jira, Confluence, Firebase, Amplitude, subscription services (Adapty, RevenueCat, etc.);

  • ‘Cheers’ for team results, no “I'm the smartest” attitude, willing and interested to learn new things, discuss problems openly and honestly;

  • He considers his strong point to be the ability to find an individual approach to different people, to negotiate, to constructively resolve any situation.


    It will be an important advantage to have:

    • Release Management experience in Appstore Connect;

    • Experience with configs, a/b tests and analytics;

    • Technical background

Key Tasks:

  • Lead in-house and publishing products with a deep dive into the details of the work to be performed;

  • Gather, analyse and proofread requirements, break them down into tasks and ensure a transparent workflow (Jira, Confluence);

  • Estimating tasks by deadlines, monitoring quality of completion, managing risks, removing blockers;

  • Manage a/b testing, work with configs, push notifications;

  • Maintain product roadmaps, prepare reports;

  • Collaboration with other departments in the company on projects (PO, Monetisation, ASO, UA, Analytics, Localization, designers, etc.).

  • Accumulate expertise and document experience with other team members, keep documentation up to date;

  • Have fun with all of the above :)
