We are looking for an experienced Senior User Acquisition Manager to drive growth for our subscription-based web products. This role requires someone with deep expertise in Google Ads who can independently manage and scale campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and uncover growth opportunities.

Campaign Management:
Take full ownership of Google Ads campaigns across all formats, including Search, Display, Performance Max, Demand Gen, App, and Video. Launch, monitor, and continuously optimize campaigns to drive acquisition and meet business KPIs.
Data-Driven Decision-Making:
Analyze campaign performance with a focus on understanding the why behind the results. Develop actionable strategies based on cause-and-effect relationships between metrics and outcomes.
Competitor and Market Analysis:
Continuously monitor competitors’ advertising strategies to identify new ideas for testing. Look for growth opportunities by analyzing industry trends, user behaviors, and market gaps. Use these insights to test innovative approaches and implement them into campaigns.
Creative Collaboration:
Partner with creative teams to produce and iterate ad materials. Provide data-backed feedback to refine visuals and messaging that resonate with the target audience.
Growth Identification:
Spot and act on scaling opportunities. Test innovative approaches, experiment with new ad formats, and explore untapped markets or user segments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the product team to align campaigns with the user journey. Collaborate with analytics teams to deep dive into performance data and with Google representatives to stay ahead of platform updates and best practices.
Reporting:
Regularly prepare and present performance insights, recommendations, and learnings to the broader team.

Experience:
