We seek a Web Marketing / Measurement Analyst with substantial experience in web analytics, marketing technologies, and the technical integration of advertising platforms. In this role, you will develop and maintain a robust measurement framework for marketing initiatives, deploy cutting-edge analytics tools, and establish clear attribution models to evaluate the results of our advertising campaigns.

Analytics Setup and Maintenance
- Develop and implement measurement strategies (tagging plans) for websites and web applications.
- Configure and manage web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager).
- Create and refine custom events, conversion funnels, and A/B testing scenarios.
Technical Integrations with Advertising Platforms
- Configure pixels and conversion events for Facebook Ads, Google Ads,
- TikTok Ads, and other advertising networks.
Implement and maintain server-side tracking (where required).
- Integrate attribution solutions (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust) or set up custom attribution frameworks.
Data Collection, Processing, and Analysis
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and build interactive dashboards in Business Intelligence (BI) tools (Looker Studio / Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
- Examine user behavior on websites or applications, extract insights, and propose hypotheses to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Assess return on investment (ROI) and efficiency of marketing channels such as Search Engine Advertising (SEA), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing (SMM), and email marketing.
MarTech Stack Development and Web Attribution
- Model user journeys across multiple channels using various attribution models (e.g., First/Last Click, Time Decay, Data-Driven).
- Coordinate the integration of tools such as Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Data Management Platforms (DMPs), and Email Service Providers (ESPs).
- Streamline existing processes by automating data collection, enhancing tagging, and implementing split-testing strategies.
Communication and Recommendations
- Produce clear reports and strategic recommendations for the marketing department, product managers, and executive leadership.
- Present analytical findings, support campaign planning, and contribute to media budget allocation discussions.
- Collaborate closely with development, marketing, and design teams to ensure accurate implementation of analytics solutions.
Proven Experience in Web Analytics and Marketing Technologies (2+ years).
Strong Understanding of Web Attribution and hands-on skills with multiple attribution models.
Technical Advertising Platform Integrations:
- Proficiency in configuring tracking pixels, server-side events, and conversion actions (e.g., Facebook Pixel, Google Ads Tag, LinkedIn Insight Tag).
- Experience with Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer or Adjust is a plus.
Solid Expertise in
- Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- A/B Testing Tools
- Business Intelligence tools (Looker Studio / Data Studio, Tableau)
Analytical Mindset and hands-on experience in working with large datasets: deriving insights, creating forecasts, and identifying primary drivers for marketing performance.
SQL (Structured Query Language) knowledge for advanced data analysis in databases (e.g., BigQuery, PostgreSQL).
Basic Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript for configuring analytical tags.
Excellent Communication Skills: ability to present findings and justify decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
English Proficiency at a level sufficient for reading technical documentation and collaborating with international teams (Intermediate+).
Python/R proficiency for automating analytical tasks and reporting.
Experience with CDP, DMP, or custom data management solutions.
Relevant certifications: Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ), Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.
