A job interview is a great opportunity for us to assess the candidate's potential, and for the candidate to learn more about our company, projects, plans, and forms of work.
Typically, our interviews include two stages.
During the first one, you communicate with the team and team leader to become acquainted with our conditions; you can then discuss any technical issues and, possibly, specific tasks. You may also be asked to complete a paid test assignment at home.
If this stage is successful, we again invite you to a meeting to exhaustively clarify any issues of cooperation.
If, at the end of this step, both parties are satisfied—voila! You are our new favorite employee!
For certain vacancies, as a part of the interview process, you may be asked to complete an assignment at home. This will let us get acquainted with your professional level and evaluate how comfortable it will be for you to cope with our team’s typical tasks. Such tests are paid.
